定期檢查主機(jī)及油源是否有漏油現(xiàn)象。 如有漏油，應(yīng)及時更換密封圈或組合墊。  

根據(jù)機(jī)器的使用情況和油的使用壽命，定期更換濾油器和濾芯，更換液壓油。  

長時間不做試驗時，注意關(guān)閉主機(jī)電源。 如果機(jī)器處于待機(jī)狀態(tài)，應(yīng)將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)打到“負(fù)載”檔，因為如果轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)打到“快回”檔，電磁閥已通電，會影響設(shè)備的使用壽命。 

1.  定期檢查控制器后面板連接線是否接觸良好。 若松動，應(yīng)及時擰緊;  

二、測試完畢后，如果有很長一段時間機(jī)器不使用，關(guān)掉控制器和電腦;  

3. 控制器上的接口相互對應(yīng)。 接口錯誤可能會對設(shè)備造成損壞。  

四、拔插控制器上的接口必須關(guān)閉控制器電源。

According to the use of the machine and the service life of the oil, regularly replace the oil filter and filter element, replace the hydraulic oil.  

When not doing the test for a long time, pay attention to turn off the host power.  If the machine is in standby state, the transfer switch should be switched to "load", because if the transfer switch is switched to "fast back", the solenoid valve is energized, will affect the service life of the equipment.  

Control system maintenance  

1. Periodically check whether the cables on the rear panel of the controller are in good contact.  If loose, should be tightened in time;  

2、 after the test, if the machine is not used for a long time, turn off the controller and computer;  

3. Interfaces on the controllers correspond to each other.  An incorrect interface may damage the device.  

4, plug and unplug the interface on the controller must turn off the controller power.  

5, according to the use of the machine and the life of oil, regular replacement of oil absorption filter element, replacement of hydraulic oil, regular inspection of the host and oil source whether there is oil leakage, such as oil leakage, should be replaced in time seal ring or combined pad.
