1)初步對(duì)齊主體;  

2)拉伸試驗(yàn)機(jī)精度校正。  

錨定螺母澆鑄后，水泥未干透前，不得擰緊錨定螺母啟動(dòng)試驗(yàn)機(jī)。 (水泥干燥時(shí)間一般不少于10-15天)水泥完全干燥后，擰緊載體螺母，檢查試驗(yàn)機(jī)的安裝精度，是否與調(diào)準(zhǔn)精度一致。 如果沒有，需要再次糾正。  

拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)在使用過程中，由于測(cè)試時(shí)振動(dòng)容易出現(xiàn)松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象，所以拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)在使用一段時(shí)間后，應(yīng)將相關(guān)部件進(jìn)行緊固
