一、準(zhǔn)備: 

1、檢查投影位開(kāi)關(guān)是否處于關(guān)斷位置;

2、檢查開(kāi)關(guān)電源、投影儀電路是否處于接通狀態(tài);

二、操作:

1、啟動(dòng)機(jī)臺(tái)總電源;

2、開(kāi)啟計(jì)算機(jī);

3、開(kāi)啟投影儀操作軟件:

4、將待測(cè)產(chǎn)品放到測(cè)量夾身上，然后將夾具輕放到投影儀操作平臺(tái)上，靠在固定夾具上

5、依據(jù)產(chǎn)品的尺寸及規(guī)格，進(jìn)行投影、投影結(jié)束后可以在CAD軟件進(jìn)行測(cè)量，最后記

錄相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行下一輪測(cè)量。

三、

1、關(guān)閉操作軟件程序（先將必要的檔案存盤(pán)）

2、關(guān)閉計(jì)算機(jī);

3、關(guān)閉機(jī)臺(tái);

4、若無(wú)后續(xù)測(cè)試,蓋上防塵罩。

(二)、 注意事項(xiàng)

1、出于安全和對(duì)測(cè)量的精度影響，請(qǐng)勿直接接觸機(jī)器內(nèi)部器件以及表面光源中間部分的鏡頭;

2、定期擦拭載物臺(tái)及周?chē)糠?，避免灰塵進(jìn)入機(jī)臺(tái)內(nèi)部以致影響機(jī)臺(tái)精度;

3、本儀器為高精度儀器，非專(zhuān)業(yè)人員嚴(yán)禁操作;

4、切勿在載物臺(tái)上擺放超過(guò)承重的對(duì)象，以免損壞機(jī)臺(tái);

5、在日常操作過(guò)程中應(yīng)注意防止載物臺(tái)面的劃傷;

6、請(qǐng)勿在計(jì)算機(jī)上擅自安裝或卸載軟件，以免導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)崩潰或操作軟件無(wú)法正常運(yùn)行;

7、定期對(duì)儀器加潤(rùn)滑油以保持儀器的精度;

8、嚴(yán)禁人手扶或靠在機(jī)臺(tái)上，以免機(jī)臺(tái)失去精度。

Record the relevant data and conduct the next round of measurement.  

Three,  

1. Close the operating software program (save the necessary files first)  

2. Turn off the computer;  

3. Close the machine;  

4, if there is no follow-up test, cover the dust cover.  

(2) Matters needing attention  

1. For the sake of safety and the impact on the measurement accuracy, do not directly contact the lens of the internal components of the machine and the middle part of the surface light source;  

2. Wipe the loading platform and the surrounding parts regularly to avoid dust entering the machine so as to affect the accuracy of the machine;  

3, the instrument is a high-precision instrument, non-professionals are strictly prohibited to operate;  

4. Do not place more than load-bearing objects on the loading platform, so as not to damage the machine;  

5, in the daily operation process should pay attention to prevent scratches on the loading table;  

6. Do not install or uninstall software on the computer without authorization, otherwise the system will crash or the operating software cannot run normally;  

7, regularly add lubricating oil to the instrument to maintain the accuracy of the instrument;  

8. It is strictly forbidden to hold or lean on the machine so as not to lose accuracy.
