1、開機(jī)無顯示。

檢查并確認(rèn)電源開關(guān)打開,后背板電壓選擇開關(guān)選擇正確,電源保險(xiǎn)絲完好并安裝完好，后背板內(nèi)壁變壓器輸出插頭與電源板接插好，電源板上三個(gè)保險(xiǎn)絲是否熔斷。

2、液晶顯示畫面不正常。

確定后背板電壓選擇開關(guān)選擇是否正確;或去掉上蓋緊固螺釘，抬起上蓋確定液晶電纜接插完好。

3、開機(jī)后聽到“轟轟”電機(jī)堵轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)發(fā)出的聲音。

立即關(guān)機(jī)，打開上蓋（注意先拔去上蓋與主板的連線），確定主板上帶護(hù)套的三芯連線接插件接插完好。再次開機(jī)，依然聽到“轟轟”聲，觀察電機(jī)附近接近開關(guān)上紅色指示燈亮否。不亮，關(guān)機(jī)，用內(nèi)六角扳手松開凸輪與電機(jī)軸的固定螺栓，在凸輪的檔塊與接近開關(guān)平行正對(duì)時(shí)將螺栓固定(檔、塊須稍稍高出接近開關(guān))，最后將儀器連線恢復(fù)，蓋好上蓋。

4、鍵燈不亮或鍵操作失靈。

確定鍵盤連接電纜是否連接完好。

1. No display on startup.  

Check that the power switch is on, the rear midplane voltage selector switch is correctly selected, the power fuse is properly installed, the transformer output plug on the inner wall of the rear midplane is properly connected to the power board, and the three fuses on the power board are fused.  

2. The LCD display screen is abnormal.  

Determine whether the rear backplane voltage selector switch is correctly selected;  Or remove the screws on the cover and lift the cover to ensure that the LCD cable is properly connected and inserted.  

3, after starting, hear the sound of "boom" motor blocking.  

Shut down immediately, open the cover (note to remove the cover and the motherboard of the connection), make sure that the motherboard with the sheath of the three-core connection plug is properly connected.  Boot again, still hear the "boom" sound, observe the motor near the proximity switch on the red indicator light.  No light, shut down, loosen the fixing bolt of the CAM and motor shaft with hexagon wrench, and fix the bolt when the CAM block is parallel to the proximity switch (the block and block must be slightly higher than the proximity switch), and finally restore the connection of the instrument and cover the upper cover.  

4, the key light is not on or the key operation failure.  

Verify that the keyboard cable is properly connected.
