  1、投影幕有故障。

  當(dāng)有轉(zhuǎn)動聲時，可將端面的雜質(zhì)（如銹跡）清理干凈，更換新的定位軸承。 轉(zhuǎn)動時摩擦力大，可松開鎖緊螺釘，或更換摩擦輪。 轉(zhuǎn)動不均勻時，可更換表盤座、摩擦輪、摩擦輪軸等。 在投影幕不轉(zhuǎn)動的情況下，可以擰緊角磨機，焊接信號線，連接插座。

  2、圖像區(qū)域無圖像，為藍(lán)色：

  可能是視頻輸入線沒有插好，將視頻輸入線正確插入電腦主機背面顯卡的視頻輸入口。

  或者視頻輸入信號設(shè)置不正確

  3. 成像失敗

  (1)。 單擊菜單，視頻 -> 視頻標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)置...或

  (2)。 將鼠標(biāo)放在圖像窗口區(qū)域，右擊鼠標(biāo)，在彈出的菜單中選擇“視頻標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)置...”。

  在打開的視頻標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)置對話框中，您可以更改視頻輸入法。 視頻輸入共有三種：S-Video、Video Tuner、VideoComposite，選擇合適的一種。

  4.電子故障。

  若電箱按鈕失靈，可清洗系統(tǒng)，更換新面罩； 如果軸不計，可更換滑座或OP板或整條尺，重新接信號線，更換主板。 如果數(shù)碼管缺筆畫，則需要更換或維修。

  5、自動影像測量儀數(shù)據(jù)區(qū)計數(shù)異常

  可能是RS232或者光柵尺信號線連接不好，沒有計數(shù)。 拔下 RS232 信號線和光柵尺信號線，重新插入。 或者系統(tǒng)設(shè)置不正確不計數(shù)，按照手冊中的方法正確設(shè)置各數(shù)軸的線性補償值；

  一般計數(shù)異常有多種原因，信號線接觸不良或系統(tǒng)設(shè)置不正確。

  (1)。 把光柵尺的信號線拔掉重新插上

  (2)。 進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)設(shè)置，菜單->系統(tǒng)->系統(tǒng)設(shè)置，打開顯示參數(shù)設(shè)置對話框，按照說明書的方法正確設(shè)置各數(shù)軸的分辨率；

  (3)。 進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)設(shè)置，菜單->系統(tǒng)->系統(tǒng)設(shè)置，打開顯示參數(shù)設(shè)置對話框，根據(jù)各軸的分辨率選擇正確的小數(shù)點位數(shù)。

1. The projection screen is faulty.  

When the rotation is noisy, the impurities (such as rust stains) on the end face can be cleaned, and the positioning bearing can be replaced.  When rotating friction force is large, can loosen the locking screw, or change friction turn.  When the rotation is not uniform, can be replaced with a new dial seat, friction wheel, friction wheel shaft, etc.  Projection screen rotation does not count, can be tightened Angle friction machinery, welding good signal line, good plug and so on.  

2. There is no image in the image area, which is blue:  

It may be that the video input cable is not properly inserted. Insert the video input cable correctly into a video input port of the video card after the host computer.

3. The image is faulty  

(1). Click the menu, Image -> Video standard Settings...  or  

(2). Place the mouse pointer in the image window area, click the right mouse button and choose "Video Standard Settings..." from the pop-up menu.  

In the open Video standard Settings dialog box, change the image input mode, there are three kinds of Video input S-Video, Video Tuner, VideoComposite select a suitable one.  

4. Electronic faults.  

If the key of the electric box fails, the system can be cleaned and the mask can be changed.  If the shaft does not count, you can change the slide seat or OP board or the whole ruler, reconnect the signal line, change the host board, etc.  Replace or repair the nixie tube if strokes are missing.  

5. Abnormal counting in data area of automatic image measuring instrument  

It may be that the RS232 or grating ruler signal line is not connected well, so the count is not counted. Unplug the RS232 signal line and grating ruler signal line, and reinsert it.  Or the system is not set correctly resulting in the count, according to the method of the manual set the correct linear compensation value of each number line;  

Generally, the cause of count exception is poor signal cable contact or incorrect system setting  

(1). Unplug the signal line of the grating ruler and reinsert it  

(2). Enter system Settings, menu - > System - > System Settings, open the display parameter setting dialog box, set the correct resolution of each number line according to the method of the manual;  

(3). Enter system Settings, menu - > System - > System Settings, open the display parameter setting dialog box, select a correct decimal number according to the resolution of each axis.
